Abstract:
With fintech entering into era 3.0, technology further integrates with finance. The application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) which is the core technology of Fintech area, will bring far-reaching influences to industrial development. In fund industry, AI induces an intellectualized tendency of quantitative investment. Financial institutions, both native and abroad, are exploring AI technology. This report mainly introduces the ETF product constructed by AI and specifically analyses the first AI ETF in the world: AIEQ. Based on IBM Watson platform, AIEQ uses AI technology to build quantitative models. The report analyses its structure, performance, holdings as well as strategy, and proposes the applicable AI technology in quantitative investment.
