On May 10th, the 2023 Annual Conference in Digital Economy (hereinafter referred to as "the Conference") was successfully held in Nanjing. It invites experts, scholars and entrepreneurs in the industry to share wisdom and experience in the form of keynote speeches, roundtable forums and fireside chats, and jointly explore the trends, opportunities and challenges of the digital economy.
The Conference was hosted by PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University and Tsinghua University Institute for Fintech Research (THUIFR), jointly sponsored by Municipal People's Government of Jianye District, Nanjing, and co-organized by Nanjing Jianye High-tech Zone Management Committee, Development Center of Nanjing Jinyuzui Fund Block and Jinyuzui Daily Roadshow, with special support from the “Entrepreneurship in the Digital Age” program. WeiyangX is the official media of the Conference, with TSINGHUA PBCSF ONLINE and Xueshuo as the official live broadcast platform.
The Conference was hosted by He Peifei, Assistant to the Chair of Institute for Fintech, Tsinghua University (THUIFR). Zhang Xiaoyan, Associate Dean of PBC School of Finance, Tsinghua University and Director of XIN Real Estate Fintech Research Center, delivered a speech. At the roundtable forum in the afternoon, the guests discussed three topics: “the New Paradigm of AIGC under the Digital Wave, “the New Opportunities of Fintech in the Digital Age” and “the New Trend of Financial Investment in the Digital Age”. In the evening, the conference arranged another night talk for founders and partners of enterprises to share their practical experiences about new consumption. The Conference was held in combination of online and offline, which aroused widespread concern and enthusiastic response from all walks of life. Through in-depth dialogue between experts, scholars and industry representatives, the Conference builds a bridge between academic research and industrial practice, and assist the digital economy to flourish.
